CACAO, BREATH & SOUND
Step away from the stress and noise of everyday life and return to yourself through a guided 90-minute ceremony combining ceremonial cacao, intention setting, breathwork, slow movement, guided meditation, and sound healing.
This session is designed to bring your nervous system into balance, help you process what’s been weighing on you, and restore clarity. You’ll begin with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, intentionally prepared to open the heart and support deep presence and meditation. From there, we’ll move into gentle breath and movement to ground your body and calm your mind.
A guided meditation will ease you into stillness, followed by immersive sound healing with sacred instruments played close to the body to support nervous system regulation and energetic release.
This nourishing workshop is designed to meet you exactly where you are at - whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, fatigued, or simply in need of stillness, this journey offers a reset.

Held on the first day of winter, this practice honours the season of stillness and reflection. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is connected to the Water element, which governs the kidneys and bladder—the organs and meridians linked to rest, restoration, and deep inner listening.
Terry will guide you through an intuitive Yin flow that gently opens the body and soothes the mind. Each shape invites stillness and introspection, helping you release tension and reconnect with your inner world.

Internal Yoga with Mitch Hunter
Explore how to use Patanjali’s eight limbs of yoga to support inner transformation. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to deepen your yoga practice and reshape your experience from the inside out. Mitch will guide you through theory, personal storytelling, and asana practice to help you develop your own ability to use yoga as a powerful tool for discovering your personal truth.
Bio:
Mitch Hunter is a mystic, meditation teacher and university lecturer of Physiotherapy. He has a strong spiritual background with over 30 years of meditation experience, which lead to a stabilised awakening in 2019. He works with clients across Australia, using meditation as a powerful tool for self-healing, empowering individuals to resolve their physical, mental, and emotional suffering.

Pilates as a Somatic Practice: A Mindful Movement Workshop
Pilates is often seen as a method for strength and mobility, but at its core, it is a deeply somatic practice—a way of attuning to the body, cultivating awareness, and moving with intention. This workshop will guide participants beyond form and into felt experience, using breath, imagery, and sensation to enhance embodiment.
We’ll explore how Pilates can be a tool for nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and deep self-connection. At the same time, this approach supports core strength, improves posture, enhances mobility, and builds a more resilient, responsive body—inside and out.

Meditation as Transformation
This training explores meditation as a structured tool for self-evolution, moving beyond habitual thought patterns into an embodied, expansive awareness.
