PILATES - Our Pilates classes include both mat and reformer. Our instructors offer both classical and contemporary exercises which are taught in accordance with the original six principles: concentration, control, centering, flow, precision and Pilates breathing.
YOGA - Our yoga classes are taught by experienced teachers who have a sincere and deep connection to the practice yoga. All classes utilise the traditional techniques of asana, pranayama and meditation.
MEDITATION - All of our classes incorporate elements of proper breathing and meditative techniques which have their roots in the lineage of classical yoga.
