This 21-day yoga and meditation immersion is a structured, intentional practice designed to help you unwind cumulative stress, regulate your nervous system, and establish a sustainable rhythm of movement and stillness.
Through daily yoga, pranayama, and meditation, you’ll begin to shift the baseline of how your body and mind respond to daily life—moving from reactivity to resilience, from tension to clarity.
This is not about doing more. It’s about doing less—with consistency, attention, and care.
Over the 21 days, you’ll experience yoga not just as physical postures, but as a practice of:
