  • Ritual is THE BEST studio on the Gold Coast. I went through a few and was so happy when I walked in. The reformer classes are something else, I leave walking like a baby giraffe everytime and get stronger with each class. The yin yoga is the perfect way to wind down after a long day, week, YEAR.
