Course Info

  • Attend 4 Days of In-person training, based in our studios on the Gold Coast

  • 27th November (Friday) to 30th November (Monday)

    8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Course Requirements:

  • Attending 4 contact days, in-person at our studio

  • Attend 25 Yin classes at Ritual online or in-person

  • Observe 10 classes at Ritual Studios

  • 5 Class Observation (For YTT Graduates) Observe 5 classes at Ritual Studios

  • Complete and pass, all coursework and assignments

  • Ensuring you have completed online components of the teacher training

  • You will have six months after the contact days to complete all course elements

Our Yin Instructor Course is designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you're completely new to teaching or looking to deepen your existing practice. This course is the essential first step in our teacher training pathway and lays the foundation for continued learning in other yoga disciplines.

Begin your journey toward becoming a certified Yin Yoga instructor right here on the Gold Coast. This comprehensive training is open to everyone—whether you’re just discovering Yin or ready to take your passion to a professional level. With a strong focus on the fundamentals, the course is accessible for beginners while still offering rich insights for those with prior experience.

You’ll develop the skills and confidence to guide nurturing, transformative Yin Yoga classes while cultivating a lifelong connection to the essential practices of yin. The course includes three key components: immersive in-person training days, completing 25x Ritual Yin classes, and observing 10x classes led by a senior instructor.

Alex Vannucci

Your Lead Instructor

Meet Your Teacher — Alex Vannucci

Alex has a profound interest in the biomechanics of the body and the dynamic flow of energy within. During her studies in Nutritional Therapy, she felt a strong calling to deepen her practice in India. There, she studied yoga under the esteemed Yogarishi Vishvaketu at Anand Prakash Ashram in Rishikesh. This transformative experience inspired Alex to integrate holistic yoga and meditation into her life and pursue it as a career.

Her unquenchable curiosity about the human body led her to further studies in various yoga styles, as well as Mat and Reformer Pilates with Polestar Pilates International. Additionally, she explored Zen meditation under the guidance of Mark Togni on the Gold Coast.

Alex is also a qualified acupuncturist, bringing a rich understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine and energetic systems into her teaching. Her background allows students to explore Yin Yoga not only through a biomechanical lens, but also through the deeper energetic theories that underpin the practice.

As Alex continues to expand her knowledge, her passion for guiding others to trust their intuition and evolve into their best selves grows daily.

Alex plays a key role in facilitating Ritual’s Yoga Teacher Training courses, sharing her deep knowledge of biomechanics, yoga, meditation, and Traditional Chinese Medicine to inspire the next generation of instructors.
