At Ritual Studios, we aim to provide a seamless and equitable experience for all clients. This policy ensures clarity and fairness in managing class bookings, cancellations, and attendance. Please review it carefully before engaging with our services.
This policy is subject to periodic updates to align with changes in our practices or regulations. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined here, designed to balance the interests of both Ritual Studios and our valued clients.

ARRIVAL TIMES
Please arrive 5–15 minutes before class begins to allow sufficient time to check in, settle, and prepare for your session.
Late Arrivals:
Teachers will allow a grace period of 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.
After this, the door will be closed, and no latecomers will be admitted to minimise disruptions and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.
ATTIRE/CLOTHES:
For your comfort and safety, we kindly ask that you wear appropriate activewear during your yoga and fitness sessions. Please choose clothing that allows for ease of movement.
We strictly ask that all clients wear socks while at the studio, particularly during class, for your safety and hygiene.
PAYMENTS
Our studios are all cash-free. Please bring payment cards if necessary. (For any payment transactions at the studio, please proceed to the front desk)

CLASS BOOKINGS & ATTENDANCE
If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel yourself out through the Ritual App within the cancellation timeframe (7 hours before the class starts) to avoid any fees being charged or contact us at (+61) 436 127 984 or hello@ritualstudios.com.au to discuss possible alternatives.
If you are on the waitlist, please note that securing a spot can happen at short notice, as some clients may cancel their bookings last minute — something that is unfortunately beyond our control, though we do our best to avoid it. We encourage you to book at your own discretion, particularly for Reformer classes, as our late cancellation policy and fees still apply once you secure a spot.

AGE POLICY
We recommend our classes for participants aged 18 and above. If you wish to bring someone under 18, please ensure they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. We also kindly ask that you inform the teacher before class begins so we can provide the appropriate support.
BRINGING CHILDREN TO CLASS
At Ritual, we strive to make our classes accessible to everyone, including parents. We understand that finding time for yourself can be challenging, and we want to support you in prioritising your well-being.
Here’s our policy on bringing children to class:
• Children in the Studio Lobby:
Children who can entertain themselves quietly are welcome to wait in the studio lobby during your class. Please ensure they have something to keep them occupied and understand the importance of maintaining a calm environment for others.
• Children in Class:
Bringing a child into the class is at the teacher’s discretion and depends on the type of class, the child’s age, and their ability to stay settled. If you’re considering bringing your child into the studio space during class, we kindly ask that you contact us beforehand to discuss this with the team.
Please note: Parents or guardians are fully responsible for their children at all times while at the studio. Ritual cannot assume liability for their safety, well-being, or actions during your visit.Our goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members while ensuring the best possible experience for everyone attending. refunds & credits
RETAIL SALES
No refunds or exchanges on retail purchases unless the item is deemed faulty.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or incorrect selection.
SERVICE SALES (Including Teacher Training Courses)
Please note all sales are non-refundable. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds after a purchase is made. Weekly memberships are non-refundable, except in cases where an error has occurred on the part of Ritual.
Refunds will only be provided in the case of a merchant processing error.
All deposits paid for trainings and retreats are non-refundable but can be transferred as a money value in credit form
If you change your mind, studio credit may be issued upon request.
All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to hello@ritualstudios.com.au within 7 days of purchase.
membership & packs
MEMBERSHIP
We offer a variety of membership options to suit your needs — including weekly memberships, 7-day passes, and upfront packages. Each membership type comes with its own terms and policies, so we encourage you to review these carefully when choosing the option that works best for you.
Weekly Membership: A minimum commitment of 12 weeks is required before any changes can be made to your account, including cancellations.

Pauses
You’re welcome to pause your contracted membership at any time. During the first 12 weeks, you may pause for up to 1 day at no charge. If you need to pause for longer within this period, a fee of $10 per week will apply.
After completing the initial 12-week commitment, you may pause your membership anytime and for as long as you need, without additional pause fees.
Cancelling Your Membership
Cancellations are not permitted during the initial 12-week contracted period. However, if you have extenuating circumstances and wish to cancel within this period, a cancellation fee of 90% of the remaining membership cost will apply.
For cancellations after the 12-week period, we require three weeks’ written notice via email. Once we receive your request, we will send you a cancellation form to complete. Your cancellation notice period will begin once the completed form has been returned.
Changing Your Membership
You’re welcome to upgrade your membership at any time. Please note that downgrades are not permitted.

Pauses
You can pause your membership at any time, for any duration.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel your membership at anytime by providing three weeks notice in writing via email, we will then send you a cancellation form to be completed. Once we have received your form, your cancellation period will commence.Changing your membership
You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time.

CLASS PACK EXPIRY
Each class pack has a strict expiry date. Unused classes will expire if not redeemed within this timeframe. Extensions may be requested for a fee of $25 per month. A minimum extension period of one month applies.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Thank you for respecting our strict 7 hour cancellation policy for all bookings. Cancellation or change requests received via email are not valid. All cancellations and changes must be managed online or via the app at least 7 hours prior to your booking.
Cancellations made after this window will be classified as late cancellations and incur a $15 fee for members and class pack holders will forfiet their credit.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS
Memberships will continue to automatically renew until cancelled.
*These cancellation policies are for memberships purchased from 27.12.24 onwards, if you purchased your membership before this, the policy at the time of purchase will be valid.
