Rose Lamont

Co-founder of Ritual and Lead Facilitator
Her teaching approach reflects a deep respect for and commitment to the ongoing study and practice of Raja and Hatha yoga, rooted in the lineage of Krishnamacharya. With over 15 years of personal practice and a decade of teaching experience, Rose brings a wealth of knowledge to her students.
She has completed countless hours of formal training in yoga, pranayama, and meditation and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in philosophy, specializing in metaphysics and existentialism.
Mitch Hunter

Guest Teacher – Meditation
Mitch is a clinical educator, senior physical therapist, and lecturer at Griffith University. With a strong spiritual background, he is a meditation teacher who practices in the lineage of Sri Ramana Maharshi. Mitch has been helping people heal themselves through health sciences, mindfulness, and somatic practices for over 15 years.
Sophie Spratt

Co-Founder of Ritual and Guest Teacher – Anatomy & Physiology
Sophie is the co-founder of Ritual and a facilitator for Ritual's Pilates Instructor courses. With a Bachelor in Biomedical Science, she brings an in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology to her teaching. Sophie plays a key role in facilitating Ritual’s Pilates Matwork and Yoga Teacher Training programs, offering students valuable insights into the science of movement and the human body.
Rose Baudin

Guest Teacher - Meditation and Philosophy

Rose Baudin brings 50 years of dedication to the study and practice of yoga. Her journey began in Sri Lanka, where she met her mentor, Swami Gauribala Giri, and joined the Parampara in 1984. During 16 years in India, she studied under the guidance of S.N. Goenka (Vipassana), Zen Master Hogen Yamahata (Soto Zen), Sayadaw U Janaka (Insight Meditation), His Holiness the Dalai Lama (Kalachakra), and Jiddu Krishnamurti. This rich and diverse education shapes her unique approach to yoga and meditation.
Alex Vanucci

Secondary YTT Teacher
Alex’s passion for biomechanics and energy flow led her to train in India with Yogarishi Vishvaketu.
She has since studied various yoga styles, Pilates with Polestar, and Zen meditation with Mark Togni.
Committed to holistic movement, she guides others to trust their intuition and grow.
Chasca Summerville

Guest Teacher - Ayurvedic Practitioner
Chasca’s practice is rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Specialising in rejuvenation, cleansing, detoxification, and women’s health, Chasca empowers others to connect with their bodies’ natural rhythms.
She holds a Diploma of Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation (AYUADB03) from Byron Ayurveda College.
