Starting June 1, 2026: Reformer class access for Fitness Passport members is changing

We’re excited to let you know that the Fitness Passport is now available for our mat classes at our Robina studios! *Does not include reformer

To get started, simply set up your pass by clicking below and creating an account or logging in and paying the one-time sign up fee of $35. Please note that the system will ask for your card details as part of the setup process, and there’s no way to bypass this step.

Fitness Passport – One-Time Setup Fee

To get started with Fitness Passport at Ritual, a one-time sign-up fee is required upon registration.

This fee covers all administrative and setup costs, including activating your account and integrating your Fitness Passport access into our booking system. It also ensures that each member has a valid card securely stored on file for any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees. This helps keep your membership active and avoids any interruptions or automatic pauses after signing up.

Please note that Fitness Passport access must be set up individually. Even if you are part of the same household or linked under one Fitness Passport account, each person is required to create their own Ritual account and complete the one-time sign-up fee. This allows each member to book and manage their own classes seamlessly.

Palm Beach Members
If you're located in Palm Beach and want to join our classes — no problem! You can still attend sessions at our Palm Beach location and enjoy a 10% discount. Simply select which packs or membership you’d like to get and you’ll get an automatic discount if you signed up as a fitness passport member.

    Since Fitness Passport operates separately from us, we don’t have control over their terms, pricing, or contracts—but we’ve set up your membership here to make it super easy for you to enjoy.

  • How It Works:

    • Membership renews monthly at $0 every 1st of the month (for new members starting July 1st), refreshing your Reformer credits.

    • Book classes up to a month in advance within your current renewal period.

    • The “expiration” date just shows when credits refresh—you can book beyond this date once renewal occurs.

  • How to book Reformer Class?

    • Be sure to book classes at Robina or Mermaid Studio, as bookings won’t work at Palm Beach Studio.

    • Select "CREDITS" instead of subscription. You’ll see your monthly credits ready to go! (This is only applicable to membership who signed up before July 1, 2025)

    If 4x Reformer classes a month isn’t quite enough, no worries! You can add extra credits whenever you need. If the app doesn’t display your pass, it means all credits are used, and you’ll need to wait for renewal.

  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    • Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class. This allows students on the waitlist enough time to join the class.

    • Late cancellations (within 8 hours of class start time) and no-shows will incur a full price of class amount.

Please note for OLD MEMBER (before July 1, 2025) that fitness passport membership renews every month, the same day you sign up, the same time. (For example, you sign up May 17th 9:30 AM, your membership will renew on June 17th 9:30 AM)


Fitness passport membership comes with 4x reformer pass (only offered at Ritual for old fitness passport members who signed up before July 1, 2025), which you can use to attend reformer classes at Robina studio. Please note, booking reformer classes is only limited up to 4x classes per cycle. Meaning you can only book until the last day of your cycle and you’ll have to wait for your membership to renew again to be able to book another set of reformer classes.
