Join Ritual's founder Rose Lamont for a Full-Day Silent Yoga and Meditation. This will be a journey inward to cultivate stillness, presence, and awareness through asana, pranayama, and meditation. Together, we’ll consciously work with techniques that address the vrittis and vasanas — the subtle, unconscious patterns of the mind — guiding us toward greater balance and inner clarity.

8:00 AM – 9.00AM Pranayama
The breath is the bridge between the mind and the body. Through pranayama, we learn to quiet the restless mind and calm the inner waves. In this 90-minute practice, we’ll explore the sacred art of channeling prana — the subtle life force — through conscious breathing. In silence, the breath becomes the pathway to deeper awareness.
9:00AM - 10.30AM – Asana
This asana practice is not about achieving perfect postures, but about creating inner space — space for awareness, presence, and stillness. Through movement, we learn to inhabit the body fully and align the physical with the mental, discovering the silence that exists within each posture.
Break (30 mins) – Tea and Fruit
11:00 AM – Silent Meditation
Meditation is the art of awareness without interference. In silence, we come to know the true nature of the mind. During this seated practice, we’ll observe thoughts, emotions, and sensations without attachment or judgment. This is not an act of control, but of gentle observation — where the boundaries between the observer and the observed begin to dissolve.
