Did you take this course to become a teacher, for personal development, or both?
Both

Pranayama
Were there any breakthrough moments during the training that shifted your understanding of Barre, Yoga, or Pilates?
Rather than a single breakthrough moment, the entire course has been a transformative journey for me
How has this training impacted you beyond the sessions?
I’ve experienced many internal shifts throughout the training — emotional, mental, and physical. Taking this course felt like something I was meant to do. After arriving in Australia from Spain, this has truly been the most meaningful and powerful experience I’ve had, not just here, but in many years of my life. It reminded me of who I am and what I’m capable of, and I’ll carry that with me moving forward.
Did you experience any unexpected benefits, insights, or challenges?
Yes, I do.
Would you recommend this training to others? Why?
Absolutely, I would recommend this course to anyone interested in deepening their practice or simply reconnecting with themselves. It goes far beyond just learning to teach — it’s a personal journey. The facilitators are incredibly supportive, the content is well-structured, and the environment feels truly safe and empowering. It’s an experience that stays with you long after the course ends
What goals are you aiming to pursue now that you’ve completed this training?
Pranayama practice, which I hadn’t really focused on in the last few years. Through this course, I’ve not only strengthened my physical and home practice, but I’ve also rediscovered how powerful and essential the breath is for me. Pranayama has become one of the most meaningful aspects of my practice again, and I feel inspired and grounded to keep integrating it into my daily life.
Do you feel inspired to continue learning, teaching, or deepening your practice?
Can’t wait for next one
Is there anything else you’d like to share about your experience?
I just feel incredibly grateful. This course came into my life at exactly the right time. After moving from Spain and going through many personal shifts, this experience has felt like an anchor, a reminder of who I am and what truly matters to me.
If someone had told me a few years ago, when I first arrived in Australia, that I’d be able to take a yoga course, speak in English, and even guide others in English, I honestly wouldn’t have believed it. There’s still a lot for me to learn, but I absolutely love it, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
I also want to thank Rose Lamont, from the bottom of my heart. Her words, her energy, and all the love she’s poured into this course have been truly special. I don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am to her for giving me such a meaningful opportunity in my life.
