My journey with yoga began in 2009, and since then, it has become one of the most transformative and grounding forces in my life—physically, mentally, and spiritually. What started as a way to stretch and find stillness soon evolved into something much deeper. Yoga taught me how to find balance in the chaos, how to tune into my breath and body, and how to reconnect with myself on a soul level. Over time, it became more than just a practice—it became a way of life.
In 2016, I felt called to deepen my understanding and enrolled in formal teacher training. It was one of the most meaningful decisions I’ve ever made. That experience not only strengthened my personal practice but also ignited a true passion for teaching and sharing what I had learned with others. My love for mindful movement soon expanded to include Pilates and Barre—two modalities that complement yoga beautifully and offer their own unique benefits.
I especially enjoy weaving together elements from all three practices—yoga, Pilates, and Barre—to create dynamic, well-rounded classes that focus on strength, mobility, and presence. Each session is designed to leave you feeling empowered, energized, and more connected to your body.
Today, I feel deeply grateful to guide others on their own movement journeys. Whether you’re seeking strength, flexibility, inner calm, or simply a moment of stillness, my goal is to create a space where you can show up just as you are and feel supported every step of the way.
