As a dedicated Yin Yoga teacher, I am deeply passionate about guiding individuals toward a state of inner peace and balance. With a focus on supporting both women and men, my classes are designed to create a nurturing space where students can soften their nervous system, release deep-seated tension, and cultivate a sense of calm in both body and mind.
My classes are often guided by the seasons and cycles of life, with a strong emphasis on somatic healing and energetics while weaving taoist philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine throughout.
Through the gentle and meditative practice of Yin Yoga, I encourage my students to slow down, tune into their bodies, and embrace stillness. I believe that by holding postures for longer periods of time, we allow the body to release stored emotions and tension, providing an opportunity for profound healing and relaxation.
My intention is to help individuals find a deeper connection to themselves and to foster a sense of emotional and physical well-being. I am especially passionate about supporting those who are navigating the stresses of modern life and helping them restore balance, so they can experience greater peace and clarity.
