As a contemporary Pilates instructor, I take a mindful approach to movement—combining slow, steady pacing with a strong emphasis on posture, alignment, and intentional control. My teaching style is deeply influenced by my background in osteopathy studies, which gives me a deeper understanding of the body’s mechanics, helping me to design well-rounded classes that not only build strength but also support functional, feel-good movement patterns in everyday life.
I like to think of myself as a bit of a Pilates nerd—I’m genuinely fascinated by the way this practice can transform both the body and mind. I’m constantly expanding my knowledge through ongoing education, courses, and hands-on experience. This continuous learning process fuels my passion and allows me to bring fresh energy and insight into every class.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, my goal is to help you feel empowered in your body. Expect a balance of challenge and care—yes, there will be a satisfying burn, but also a lot of support and encouragement to move with purpose and awareness.
