Tess fosters a space to explore human movement that is both celebratory and collaborative. A space for anyone to freely move and explore their curiously for movement that feels good and brings joy. Her passion lies in fostering a positive long term relationship with movement. When you take a class with Tess, your practice is for you, to express yourself in your own challenges, capabilities and potential. Her classes can be described as intentional and playful, challenging and supportive. Tess is trained in Clinical Pilates and has an evidenced based approach on the biomechanics of the body.
