Arrival Time:

Please arrive 15-5 minutes prior to the start of the class.This allows you sufficient time to check-in, settle in, and prepare for the session.

Late Arrivals:

1. The teacher will wait for 5 minutes after the scheduled start time of the class.

2. After this grace period, the teacher reserves the right to close the door and not allow any latecomers into the class.This policy is in place to minimize disruptions and maintain the quality of the session for all attendees.

Refund Policy:

1. Book with confidence knowing that refunds are not granted, except in extenuating circumstances.

2. If you are unable to attend a class, please contact us to discuss possible alternatives.

3. Please note, 'late class cancellations' (7 hours or less prior to class) will incur a $15 administrative fee for our Reformer classes.

Please note that we have limited capacity and offer a limited amount of memberships. If you continue to 'late cancel' your classes within the 7 hour period your membership may be cancelled.
