To set up your Fitness Passport, please contact us below with a photo of your member ID card.

Your Fitness Passport grants you unlimited access to all Yoga and Mat Pilates classes listed on our timetable. Feel free to attend as many classes as you'd like each week. However, please note that if you book classes and fail to show up without canceling more than three times, your membership will be suspended for one week. It's important to be mindful of booking only the classes you plan to attend. This ensures that everyone, including Fitness Passport holders and members, has fair access to class availability. 

Remember to sign in using your card each time you visit the studio. The scanner is conveniently located at the front of the Reformer room, which is the first room you enter. Doing this is crucial, as Fitness Passport will only cover the class if you have signed in. If the scanner is not functioning or you forget your card, please use the sign-in sheet located under the scanner. If you have trouble finding it, don't hesitate to ask the instructor for assistance. 

In addition to enjoying access to our scheduled mat classes, Fitness Passport holders also receive exclusive discounts on our Reformer classes and our Palm Beach studio passes and memberships.

Please book with confidence we do not offer refunds in the event of cancellations.

Arrival Time:

Please arrive 15-5 minutes prior to the start of the class.This allows you sufficient time to check-in, settle in, and prepare for the session.

Late Arrivals:

1. The teacher will wait for 5 minutes after the scheduled start time of the class.
2. After this grace period, the teacher reserves the right to close the door and not allow any latecomers into the class.

This policy is in place to minimize disruptions and maintain the quality of the session for all attendees.

Refund Policy:

1. Book with confidence knowing that refunds are not granted, except in extenuating circumstances.

2. If you are unable to attend a class, please contact us to discuss possible alternatives.

3. Please note, 'late class cancellations' (7 hours or less prior to class) will incur a $15 administrative fee for our Reformer Studio and a $5 fee for our Main Studio. Please note that we have limited capacity and offer a limited amount of memberships. If you continue to 'late cancel' your classes within the 7 hour period your membership may be cancelled.
