Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please book with confidence we do not offer refunds in the event of cancellations.

Arrival Time:

• Please arrive 15-5 minutes prior to the start of the class.
• This allows you sufficient time to check-in, settle in, and prepare for the session.

Late Arrivals:

• The teacher will wait for 5 minutes after the scheduled start time of the class.
• After this grace period, the teacher reserves the right to close the door and not allow any latecomers into the class.
• This policy is in place to minimize disruptions and maintain the quality of the session for all attendees.

Refund Policy:

• Book with confidence knowing that refunds are not granted, except in extenuating circumstances.
• If you are unable to attend a class, please contact us to discuss possible alternatives.

Please note, 'late class cancellations' (7 hours or less prior to class) will incur a $15 administrative fee for our Reformer Studio and a $5 fee for our Main Studio. 

Please note that we have limited capacity and offer a limited amount of memberships. If you continue to 'late cancel' your classes within the 7 hour period your membership may be cancelled.
