PILATES | BARRE | REFORMER

Movement has always been a part of my life, particularly ballet. I loved expressing myself to music, expanding through space, wearing beautiful costumes, and being part of all the magic that took place in the creation process and performances.

My love for Pilates began when I started full-time ballet training at fifteen, where I adopted a regular practice for overall conditioning, injury prevention and injury rehabilitation. I soon realised that this practice was more than just a tool to help me succeed with ballet; it was a tool to living a happier and healthier life. I found Pilates physically, mentally and emotionally challenging requiring intelligence, patience, persistence, and commitment. My self-awareness, self-confidence and overall health improved immensely from it.
