Kelly has a deep love of yoga in all forms, from the ancient philosophical teachings to the modern form of movement, the stillness and peace of meditation to the simple act of loving kindness. Kelly loves serving others through healing bodywork, being both a Ka Huna and Zenthai Shiatsu therapist, which she often incorporates into her yoga classes. Kelly loves a safe yet explorative approach when teaching her classes, with humour and light heartedness along the way.
