My yoga journey began as a necessity, sparked by the challenges of an autoimmune condition that affected both my nervous and immune systems. In my search for better physical and mental well-being, I discovered yoga and the profound effects of mindful breathing and pranayama. This transformative experience led me to a practice deeply rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, enriched by the wisdom of Buddhist teachings.

In my classes, breath serves as the foundation, guiding us toward deep concentration and meditation. It’s in the stillness between breath and movement that we uncover the true essence of yoga.

My goal is to create a space where students can cultivate mindfulness and presence, using yoga as a bridge to deeper self-awareness and inner peace. Beyond the physical postures, we embark on a journey of connection, balance, and transformation.
