Emily Cammerino


I’m a certified Pilates instructor with over six years of teaching experience. After injuring my back, I turned to Pilates as a way to heal, reconnect, and rebuild strength. 

My teaching style is all about moving in a way that feels good, builds confidence, and celebrates what your body can do. I love working to the beat, bringing energy and flow into every class while still focusing on technique, support, and mindful movement. I take the time to truly get to know my clients—what they need, what lights them up, and how we can make movement both fun and functional for their body.

Whether you’re brand new, years into your journey, about to become a parent or getting back into exercise after having a baby, you’ll always feel supported in my classes, with variations that meet you where you’re at and challenge you in the best way.
