PILATES 

With a strong background in gymnastics, aerial acrobatics and dance, Pilates became a prerequisite to build core strength and focus on postural alignment. Tallis’ passion for the traditional repertoire soon followed, as did teaching.

Tallis (or TJ) incorporates a combination of traditional and contemporary choreography in her teachings, focussing on breath work, mindfulness in movement and muscular control. Her aim is to educate practitioners as much as it is to guide and support… always allowing time for a laugh and bit of fun each class!
