Yoga has been an integral part of my life for many years, shaping not just my physical practice but also my mindset and approach to daily life. What started as a personal journey of self-discovery and movement soon evolved into a deep passion for sharing the practice with others as a teacher.
My primary teaching style is Vinyasa Flow, where breath and movement intertwine to create a dynamic yet meditative experience. However, beyond just the flow, my classes are about holding space for individuals at all levels, ensuring everyone feels supported, seen, and empowered in their practice. I strive to create an environment where stillness is just as valued as movement—where we can reconnect with our bodies, quiet the mind, and cultivate a sense of inner balance.
My goal is for students to leave class feeling more grounded, present, and attuned to themselves, both on and off the mat. I can’t wait to share this journey with you—see you on the mat soon!
