Her journey with yoga began with a love for movement, but deepened profoundly when she discovered the richness of its ancient teachings. This curiosity led her to India, where she immersed herself in study and practice—gaining in-depth knowledge and experience in the transformative Himalayan Kriya traditions.

With a dedicated daily sadhana, Nathalie brings a grounded and focused energy to her teaching. She weaves spiritual insight, seasonal rhythms, and energetic awareness into her classes—offering practices that nurture introspection, emotional release, and a deeper connection to self.
