I love Pilates for its ability to strengthen, empower, and reconnect us to our bodies. I have always been passionate about health and wellbeing, trying just about every sport and fitness trend until I fell in love with Pilates and started my teaching journey with Ritual's Matwork training last year. My classes balance energetic and challenging sequences with mindful, flowing movements to build strength, mobility, and confidence.

As I’m studying psychology, I really value the mental health benefits that Pilates brings. My goal is for every class to leave you with a sense of physical strength and mental clarity that extends beyond the mat!
