Helena stumbled onto her first yoga class at the age of 13 when she was suffering from severe back pain after multiple horse riding incidents. From the first lesson she found instant release and began weekly practice under a senior Iyengar instructor.
Over the years she has experimented across different disciplines, but eventually returned back to the fundamentals and Hatha style practice. Also a practitioner of Vipassana meditation Helena makes sure to emphasize self-observation and awareness throughout her classes
Passionate about teaching beginners, and now trained in Yoga, Mat, and Reformer Pilates her classes focus on fundamentals with strong emphasis on alignment, breath, and body awareness.
