Hannah Matthews
With a background in contemporary dance, yoga, and fitness, Hannah brings a diverse movement style to her Pilates instruction. After earning a performing arts degree in 2006, she trained in India in 2012 to become a yoga teacher, deepening her understanding of asanas and their metaphysical benefits. Her passion for mind-body awareness led her to further studies in health science.
Hannah began teaching Reformer Pilates in New Zealand in 2019 and later became an Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates-certified instructor. She continues to expand her expertise, currently pursuing a clinical diploma in Pilates. Driven by her love for movement and the progress of her clients, Hannah believes fitness should be fun—everyone should move!
