Ease into your Sunday evening with Terry’s Yin class, with a special bonus this week: live music.

Terry will guide you through slow, supported poses that ground the body, exploring a different element and its meridians. Maria joins the class with soft live guitar and brings the practice to a close with the sound of her crystal bowls.

Sunday 18 October, 5.15 PM at Ritual Palm Beach.
