Annabel Murray
Annabel has been practicing Pilates since her teens after years of solely practicing yoga for many years. She completed her Mat and barre training through Ritual.
Annabel is also a naturopath alongside teaching classes. She can attest to just how much movement can make such a positive impact on both physical and mental health.
Annabel’s classes are strong, yet encouraging and modifications are always there. She always likes to make sure the class is challenging and worth coming to- as that’s how she likes to practice.
Her classes are full-body workouts to ensure the entire body gets utilised and emphasis is put on the core connection, breathing throughout the movements (to get you through!) and mobility.
She loves music so the playlist is also a big importance- it’s a key component of what makes a good class. Expect a playlist that is funky, energetic and uplifting- it helps distract from the burn!
