Anke Huxham
Anke started taking pilates classes a few years ago and absolutely fell in love with the practice. It wasn’t long before she decided to pursue teaching pilates as a career.
Anke now teaches both pilates on both the mat and reformer, taking every chance she gets to teach. She brings a vibrant, dynamic and encouraging approach to her practice and strives to always include layers in her classes that help make them inclusive and accessible whilst also allowing students to challenge themselves.
She loves creating thoughtful sequences that allow movements to seamlessly flow, intelligently transitioning from from one move to the next with minimal set up changes. Her classes are designed to target the whole body leaving you feeling strong.
When she’s not teaching, you can find Anke taking classes herself; eating açai bowls or tanning at the beach.
