Brad Hay is a world-class Senior ParaYoga and Meditation teacher, a practitioner of Ayurvedic Medicine and a life enthusiast. His professional teaching experience stretches over 19 years, and he has practiced Yogic related techniques for more than 30 years.

In this full-day workshop, you'll gain valuable perspective and insights into the big picture of the sciences of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Tantra as a complete and integrated system. We study what each science focuses on more specifically. Brad will also share a crucial model for understanding the universal principles called "Sankhya Philosophy." Which is a game changer if you are into Yoga and Life in general.

The morning will begin with asana, pranayama, and meditation practice based on both the principles of Ayurveda and techniques of Tantric Hatha Yoga. Following this Brad will begin to break down and look at the science behind the methods and practices so that you understand the purpose Yoga & Ayurveda as an integrated system.
