Rhys came across yoga in 2015, as a carpenter building houses for a living "a bit of a stretch couldn't hurt right?" Upon leaving his first class drenched in sweat and a smile from ear to ear, he noticed two things. His mind was clear, free of anxiety and that he had just started his life long journey with yoga. Rhys has a passion for movement, life and his students! This comes through in his classes, an even paced flow centered around building strength, mobility, body awareness and the breath. But don't worry they are filled with heaps of fun, smiles, good tunes and bad jokes.
