What drew you to teaching?
I got into pilates through rehabilitation of my own injury when I was a teenager. I knew from then I wanted a career in pilates as it was such such a simple way of effectively improving the function of the physical body.

Spending her adult life dedicated to studying various areas of health, Imogen has spent the last 7 years working as a pilates instructor, personal trainer, and most recently a yoga teacher.
Imogen’s training focuses on mindful movement through alignment, purpose, and connecting to breath. Her classes feature strength, mobility, and endurance, and she loves to mix pilates into functional movements to create a strong, and balanced body.
When Imogen isn’t in the studio, you’ll probably find her at the beach, out in nature, and living out all different aspects of mind-body & soul wellness.
