I teach Hatha Yoga. The dynamic hatha practice builds heat [Tapas] in the body, necessary for transformation, an invitation to be still and sit inside discomfort, filter our responses, and ultimately surrender.

You are what your deep driving desire is, As your desire is so is your will. As your will is, so is your deed. As your deed is, so is your destiny.

Hi my name is Bru I love yoga, surfing, sunsets, palm trees, traveling and BIG smiles.

Yoga has been part of my life for the past 10 years, and my personal practice has guided me to develop a harmonious connection with my body, my thoughts and my heart. I am a E-RYT 200hrs Instructor with over nine years of teaching experience, and 11 years of personal sadhana in Mysore. I am also a certified Thai massage practitioner (level 4) and Remedial Therapist. When I started practicing Yoga as a whole, not only Asanas, everything just made so much sense. Connecting movement to breath, gave me the opportunity to pause and look at the mirror within. I am also a student of Vipassana meditation. These practices have provided me with a positive framework for getting to know myself more deeply and becoming more connected and empowered to live a meaningful life. Inspired by Hatha Yoga, my teaching style emphasises body awareness and alignment, focusing the attention on cultivating sensibility and concentration on the mat and in life. I like to think that somehow I hold space for people to create a connection with themselves through breathwork, mindful movements and meditation.
