Joseph Pilates described the benefits of regular practice of pilates as “designed to give you suppleness, natural grace, and skill that will be unmistakably reflected in the way you walk, in the way you play, and in the way you work.” It was this feeling of intense well-being and the physical and mental change in her everyday life brought about by regularly practicing pilates, that soon saw Amy fulfil her dream to complete her teacher training and of sharing her love for pilates with the community. |
