Alex holds a deep interest in the biomechanics of the body and the interplay of energy. Her thirst for knowledge about the human body has led her to study multiple styles of yoga, pilates and craniosacral therapy as well as completing her bachelors degree in nutritional medicine. Alex has completed over 600 hours of yoga study both in India and Australia, and holds a mat work and reformer pilates certification through Polestar Pilates International. Alex prides herself on being nurturing and attentive during her classes with an emphasis on breath and alignment. You can expect a slow and steady practice, weaving in strength, stability, and flexibility to ensure the body integrates healthy movement patterns, leaving you with a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.
